Every organisation with a Difability level, from Member to Global Champion, has a record number. Enter it to see the organisation’s level and whether it is current.

What a record can say
- Active
- The level is current. The record shows until when, and links to the certificate.
- Conditional
- The level is current, with conditions the organisation must meet by the date shown. If they are not met in time, the record is suspended.
- Suspended
- An annual confirmation is more than 30 days late, or the conditions of the award were not met in time. The level is not current until this is put right.
- Replaced
- A higher Difability level replaced this one. The record links to the record that replaced it.
- Expired
- The level was held until the date shown and was not renewed.
- Membership ended
- The organisation’s membership ended on the date shown.
- Withdrawn
- Difability withdrew the level on the date shown, for the reason shown.
- Removed
- The record was removed from the register. Its number is never reused.
What the levels mean
- Difability Member
- Free membership, not an assessment. It confirms that the organisation’s identity is verified, that the person acting for it is authorised to do so, and that it has accepted the Difability Commitment.
- Difability Recognised
- Assessed recognition for one clearly defined part of the organisation: a practice, service, product, website, location, recruitment process, customer journey, procurement pathway or opportunity programme. It is not a smaller version of organisation-wide certification.
- Difability Certified
- The first organisation-wide assessed status. It confirms that the organisation meets the Difability Standard across all six pillars, with any covered entities and limitations stated.
- Difability Accredited
- Sustained compliance with the Difability Standard across the defined assessment period, with mature governance and continuing measurable outcomes.
- Difability Leader
- Leadership in a sector: innovation and substantial opportunity creation, with outcomes supported by independent evidence.
- Difability Global Champion
- Verified international or cross-sector impact, led locally by people with lived experience in the countries or communities concerned.
