Who Difability is for

  • Disabled people

    Whatever your impairment, and whether or not you have worked before.

  • People with long-term health conditions

    Including conditions that change from day to day, and mental health conditions.

  • Veterans

    Anyone who has served in the UK armed forces, as a regular or a reservist.

  • Carers

    Anyone who looks after a family member, partner or friend, and wants work that fits around caring.

How it works

You do not need to know which route is right for you yet.

  1. Step 1: Tell us what you would like to do

    Send us a short message. You do not need to tell us about your health.

  2. Step 2: We contact you

    We email or phone you, whichever you chose, to talk it through. Tell us if anything would make that conversation easier.

  3. Step 3: We work out the next step with you

    Finding a job, working for yourself or starting a business, and any support you may be able to get.

Not to deny disability, but to make sure disability never becomes the whole definition of a person.

Difability means different ability. It starts from what a person can do, and what needs to change for that ability to become opportunity.

    part of IT’S POSSIBLE NOW, finds barriers with people who have lived experience, and tests the changes that remove them.

    recognises different abilities, and turns what has been tested into recognised practice.
