Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. This page says what we have done, how we checked it, and how to tell us if something does not work for you.

What you should be able to do

use the whole site with a keyboard alone
use the site with a screen reader
zoom text up to 200% without losing content or scrolling sideways
use the site on a small phone screen
turn off animation: the site follows your device’s reduce motion setting
send the Get started form and hear or see every error message

The standard we aim for

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA. Text colours are measured against their backgrounds and meet the AA contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 for normal text.

How we tested it

On 23 September 2026 we checked every page:

with the axe automated accessibility checker, on a desktop and a phone screen size
using only a keyboard, including the menu and the form
at a screen width of 320 pixels, and with text zoomed to 200%
by sending the form with mistakes, to check every error is explained

Automated checks find some problems but not all of them. If something does not work for you, we want to know.

Known limitations

The Difability logo is an image of three-dimensional lettering. It has a text alternative, so screen readers announce it as “Difability”.
