What the name means
Difability means different ability. Disability describes real experiences and real barriers. Difability also asks: what ability is here, and what needs to change for it to become opportunity?
Not to deny disability, but to make sure disability never becomes the whole definition of a person.
That is why Difability works with people’s skills and ambitions first, and with the support and changes that make work possible.

recognises different abilities, and turns what has been tested into recognised practice.
