Community rules in Easy Read

There are 8 rules. Everyone in the Community must follow them.

Rule 1
Be kind to people.
Do not bully anyone.
Do not threaten anyone.
Do not say hateful things.
Rule 2
Keep people safe.
Do not share where people live.
Do not share phone numbers.
Do not share anyone’s health information.
Rule 3
Do not ask for money.
Do not offer money.
Do not ask for bank details or documents.
Apply for jobs on the organisation’s own website.
Rule 4
Be yourself.
Do not pretend to be someone else.
Do not pretend to be Difability.
Rule 5
Say where your information comes from.
Share what happened to you.
Do not give professional advice.
Rule 6
Ask people first.
Ask before you write someone’s name.
Ask before you share a picture of someone.
Rule 7
Do not advertise.
Only checked organisations can post jobs.
Rule 8
If you see a problem, report it.
Do not reply to it.
A moderator will deal with it.
